Pages Manager
What is Pages Manager?
Pages Manager is part of the Portal module, which controls the entire user experience of your WebApp. With Pages Manager, you can create any type of page — whether it's a public homepage, a sales page, or protected content that only customers with specific product access can view.
Each page you create becomes accessible via a custom permalink on your WebApp domain. You have full control over what content appears, who can access it, and when it becomes available.
Page Types
When creating a new page, you'll choose between two types:
External Pages
Publicly accessible — anyone can view these pages without authentication. Use external pages for:
- Homepage and landing pages
- Sales and marketing pages
- About, contact, and policy pages
- Blog posts and public content
External pages include full SEO and Open Graph configuration so your pages appear correctly in search results and when shared on social media.
Internal Pages
Requires authentication — only logged-in users can view these pages. You can optionally restrict access further by connecting a page to a specific product:
- No product selected — Any authenticated user in your portal can view the page
- Product selected — Only users who have purchased that product can access the page
- Digital products — You can also specify which module the page belongs to
This makes internal pages perfect for member areas, course content, documentation, and any content you want to deliver to paying customers.
Creating a Page
Navigate to Portal → Pages and click Create Page. First, select whether you want an External or Internal page, then configure the settings.
Settings Tab
The Settings tab is where you configure all page properties:
Internal Details
These are only visible to you and your team:
- Name — A memorable name to identify this page in your dashboard
- Description — Notes about the page's purpose
Meta Details
- Title — The page title shown in browser tabs and used for the title tag
- Permalink — The URL path for this page (e.g.,
welcomebecomesyourdomain.com/welcome)
Access Schedule
Control when the page is accessible:
- Available From — Leave empty for immediate availability, or set a future date/time
- Expires At — Leave empty if the page never expires, or set an expiration date
This is useful for time-limited content, seasonal pages, or drip-releasing content to customers.
Status
- Draft — The page is not visible to anyone (default for new pages)
- Active — The page is live and accessible based on its type and access rules
Product Access (Internal Pages Only)
Select which product grants access to this page. For digital products, you can also assign which module the page belongs to — this helps organize content when a product includes multiple modules.
SEO & Open Graph (External Pages Only)
Configure how your page appears in search engines and social media:
- SEO Title & Description — For search engine results
- Robots — Control indexing (index/noindex, follow/nofollow)
- OG Title, Description & Image — For social media sharing previews
- OG URL — The canonical URL for social sharing
Content Tab
Use the rich text editor to create your page content. You can format text, add images, insert links, and create layouts. The editor supports common formatting options and is designed for simplicity.
Developer Mode (Coming Soon): With Developer Mode and the AI Agent, you'll be able to fully customize the look and feel of your pages, add custom components, and integrate advanced functionality. Currently, customization options are more limited while these features are being developed.
Managing Pages
The Pages Manager list view shows all your pages with key information at a glance.
