Find Your Orders

Your customers can look up their purchases and subscriptions at orders.dashnex.com — no account required.

What is Find Your Orders?

Find Your Orders is a customer-facing app at orders.dashnex.com that lets buyers retrieve their purchase history and subscription details. Customers don't need a DashNex account — they simply search for their transactions using basic purchase details or their email address.

This is especially useful for customers who want to review what they purchased, check subscription status, or find a transaction ID for support requests.

How Customers Search

Customers have two ways to find their orders:

By Transaction

Search using details from the original purchase.

  • ✓Amount charged
  • ✓Currency (USD, EUR, etc.)
  • ✓Date of purchase
  • ✓Last 4 digits of card

By Email Address

Look up all orders tied to a specific email.

  • ✓Enter the email used at checkout
  • ✓Retrieves all orders for that email
  • ✓Includes subscriptions and one-time purchases

Verification Process

To protect customer privacy, identity verification is required before any order details are shown. After a matching order is found, the customer must verify ownership through one of two methods:

6-Digit Code

A one-time verification code is sent to the email address associated with the order. The customer enters the code to access their order details.

Magic Link

A secure one-click link is sent to the customer's email. Clicking the link opens the order details directly in the browser.

What Customers See

Once verified, customers can view the following details about their purchases:

StatusCurrent status (completed, refunded, etc.)

Security & Privacy

Find Your Orders is designed with customer privacy in mind. Several layers of protection are in place:

  • Turnstile CAPTCHA — Cloudflare Turnstile protects against bots and automated abuse
  • Email obfuscation — Email addresses in search results are partially masked (e.g., j***@example.com) until verified
  • Time-limited sessions — Verified sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity
  • No account required — Customers don't need to create or log into a DashNex account, minimizing data collection
