Publish your listing
The Publish panel
When DashNex approves a version, the module shows Approved · v1.0.0 and a Publish panel. The business owner completes it, then publishes.
| Section | Field and rule |
|---|---|
| Listing | Module name and address are shown locked (set at reservation). Icon: your business logo from Settings by default, or Upload custom icon (square, 512×512). One-line description: what buyers see in the App Marketplace. |
| Pricing | Paid or Free. For Paid: Price in DNX and Billing terms One time, Monthly or Yearly. |
| Support | A support email, a support page link, or both — at least one is required. |
| Documentation | A link to a page explaining how to use the module — required. |
| Sales page | A link to the module's official sales page — optional. |
App Marketplace fee
Under the fields, the panel shows your fee:
Your current App Marketplace fee is 23.75% (Bronze tier). The fee will dynamically change once you progress to a higher tier.
The fee starts at 25% of the order and drops with your tier. Your tier is your developer business's credit tier; see Credits.
| Tier | App Marketplace fee |
|---|---|
| Standard | 25% |
| Bronze | 23.75% |
| Silver | 22.5% |
| Gold | 21.25% |
| Platinum | 20% |
How the fee is charged on each sale is covered in Sales, fees and refunds.
Publish
Publish stays disabled until every required field is filled. Click it and the status becomes Live: the module is available to every business in the App Marketplace.
Edit the listing
On a Live or Unpublished module, click Edit in the Listing section. One modal holds everything: icon, one-line description, pricing, support email and page, documentation and sales page. Module name and address stay locked.
When you change the price, the billing terms or Paid / Free, an amber note appears:
Click Save changes. Edits apply right away. Existing installs keep the deal they installed with, with the same price and billing, for as long as they keep the module.
Each changed field is saved as its own record in Activity, with the old and new value, for example "Price changed · 1,200 → 1,500 DNX · one time".
Unpublish and publish again
Unpublish is at the bottom of the Live module page and asks you to confirm. It removes the module from the App Marketplace, so there are no new installs, and the status becomes Unpublished.
Existing installs aren't affected: the module keeps working, recurring billing continues at their price, and approved updates still reach them.
Click Publish again to put the same approved version back in the App Marketplace with its settings. No new review is needed. A new version still goes through review first; see Submit for review.
