What Is a Listing?
A listing puts your business in front of new customers. Approved businesses are listed, recommended and promoted by DashNex. Your listing shows your logo, name, tagline and description from Settings, your category, business type and location, and a link to your landing page.
Requirements
Until you qualify, Promote shows only Requirements, with a progress bar. Each requirement has a one-line description of what it is, and the ones that are not met have a Fix link that takes you to the place to fix them. The list depends on your business type:

Each requirement has this one-liner:

| DashNex Pay button at checkout | Your checkout shows the DashNex Pay button, so DashNex ID users can pay with it. |

| Business category selected | Your business category is selected. |
| Sales history | Your business has at least 25 transactions, 25 paying customers and at least $1,000 in revenue. |
Submit Your Listing
Once all requirements are met, the requirements collapse to one line — Qualified · All requirements met — and you can click Show to expand them. Submit Your Listing appears below: confirm the details to submit your listing to DashNex for review.
- Landing page — A public page on your business domain with your main offer, where visitors can buy through a checkout with DashNex Pay. Leave it empty to use your home page.
- Showcase image (optional) — Displayed at the top of your listing. It is 16:9, at least 1600×900, in JPG, PNG or WebP. No URLs, domains or email addresses in the image — show your product or service and the benefits it provides. The image is checked in listing review. Without it, Find deals shows a screenshot of your landing page. The showcase image is free for now.
- Before you submit — Confirm the statements and the DashNex Listing Agreement. Submit for review is enabled once all are confirmed.
Listing Status
In review
Your listing shows As submitted, a preview of the card as buyers will see it, frozen as you submitted it. Beside it are the status card ("Your Listing is in Review"), with the landing page, category and submitted date, and the history. Logo, name, tagline and description come from Settings.
Click Withdraw to take the listing out of review. It goes back to a draft, and you can't resubmit it for 5 business days — you need to confirm with I understand.
Listed
Your listing shows As buyers see it and the status card "Your Business is Listed on DashNex", with the landing page, category and listed since date, and the history.
- Edit image — Opens the showcase image upload. You can change the image once every 2 weeks; the button is inactive otherwise. The listing stays live.
- Pause listing — Asks "Want to pause your listing?" If you pause your listing and later decide to resume it, there will be a 72 hour delay before your listing reappears on DashNex. We recommend not pausing it unless there is a strong reason.
Other statuses
Changes requested, Paused, Suspended and Rejected use the same layout, with that status's heading and action.
