Payouts
Overview
Payouts allow you to withdraw your available balance to your bank account. DashNex supports 58 countries and multiple currencies. The setup is a 2-step process: first configure your recipient information, then add your bank account details.
To get started: Go to Money → Balances and click the gear icon next to the action buttons, or navigate directly to Money → Payouts.
2-Step Setup Process
Step 1: Recipient Information
Configure who will receive the payouts and your payout preferences.
- Recipient name and email
- Entity type (Individual or Company)
- Country and currency
- Personal details (for individuals) or company details (for companies)
- Payout schedule and minimum amount
Step 2: Bank Account Details
Add your bank account to receive withdrawals.
- For US accounts: Enter routing and account numbers directly
- For other countries: Complete via secure hosted form
- Bank details are validated automatically
Entity Types
Individual
For personal accounts. Requires first name, last name, date of birth, and address for compliance purposes.
Company
For business accounts. Requires company name, optional tax ID, and company address.
Payout Schedule
Choose when payouts should be processed:

|---|---|
| Manual | Request payouts on-demand from the Balances page |
| Daily | Automatic daily payouts when minimum balance is met |
| Weekly | Automatic payouts on a specific day of the week |
| Monthly | Automatic payouts on a specific day of the month |
Minimum Payout Amount
You can set a minimum payout threshold between 100 and 10,000 in your selected currency. Payouts will only be processed when your available balance meets or exceeds this minimum. This helps avoid excessive transaction fees on small withdrawals.
Bank Account Status
After adding your bank account, you can view its status:
- Active — Ready for payouts
- Verification Required — Additional information needed
- Pending — Bank account is being verified
If verification is required, you'll see a list of what's needed. Use the Refresh Status button to check for updates after completing requirements.
Managing Your Settings
From the payout settings page, you can:
- Update schedule — Change your payout frequency or minimum amount
- Refresh status — Check for bank account verification updates
- Delete settings — Remove your payout configuration entirely
