Balances

View your balances, perform conversions, and manage payouts from a single dashboard.

Overview

The Balances page gives you a complete view of your funds across different stages. Each balance type is displayed as a widget showing the total amount in your payout currency, with a breakdown by individual currencies if you have funds in multiple currencies.

Balance Types

Incoming

Funds expected to settle soon into your available balance. DNX transactions settle within 24 hours. FIAT transactions settle according to the payment provider's schedule.

Direct

Only visible if you use Stripe Standard. Shows payments processed via your Stripe integration — these funds go directly to your Stripe account.

Available

Funds that have settled and are ready for withdrawal, conversion, or transfer. This is your spendable balance.

Payouts

Total amount you've withdrawn to your bank account or transferred to your credit balance. A running total of all completed payouts.

Available Actions

From the Balances page, you can perform several actions on your available funds:

Payout Requirements

To withdraw funds to your bank account, you need to:

  1. Configure your bank account — Go to Money → Payouts to add your bank details
  2. Activate your bank account — Complete the verification process to enable withdrawals

The Pay out button will be disabled until your bank account is configured and activated. You can access payout settings using the gear icon next to the action buttons.

Currency Breakdown

Each balance widget displays your funds in your payout currency (set when configuring your bank account). If you have funds in multiple currencies, a breakdown is shown below the primary amount. You can convert your DNX credits to your payout currency using the Convert action.

Balance Activity

Below the balance widgets, you'll find your Balance Activity — a log of all transactions affecting your balances, including incoming payments, conversions, transfers, and payouts.
