Checkouts

Create unlimited checkout pages for each offer, each tailored to a specific marketing campaign.

What are Checkouts?

Checkouts are the pages where customers complete their purchase. Each offer can have unlimited checkouts, allowing you to tailor the buying experience for different marketing campaigns without changing the underlying offer.

For example, you might have a standard checkout that's permanently displayed on your website, plus a separate checkout with a special discount for a weekend promotion. The offer stays the same, but how you sell it changes.

OfferCheckout 2 (Weekend special with discount)
OfferCheckout 3 (Black Friday with timer)

Managing Checkouts

Click an offer name in the Offers list to view its checkouts. Each offer comes with a Basic checkout by default, which you can use immediately (not recommended) or create custom checkouts.

The checkout list shows:

  • Name — The checkout name for your reference
  • Status — Toggle to enable or disable the checkout
  • Timer — Evergreen, Fixed, or Session
  • Guarantee — Days from the offer settings
  • Bump — Whether the order bump is enabled

Use the action menu to edit, preview, copy the checkout link, clone, or delete a checkout.

Creating a Checkout

Click Create to build a new checkout for your offer. Each checkout can be fully customized.

Name

Give your checkout a descriptive name like "Standard Checkout", "Weekend Special", or "Black Friday 2026". This is for your reference only — customers won't see it.

Timer

Countdown timers create urgency and can significantly increase conversions.

Evergreen

No timer. The checkout is always available without any countdown.

Session Timer

The countdown starts when the visitor arrives. Each visitor gets their own timer. Perfect for creating personal urgency without a fixed deadline.

Fixed Deadline

Set a specific date and time when the offer expires. All visitors see the same countdown. Ideal for launches, sales events, and limited-time promotions.

Custom Pricing

Override the offer's default pricing for this specific checkout:

  • Price — Set a different price (e.g., discounted for a promotion)
  • Strike-through Price — Show the original price crossed out next to the new price
  • Custom Invoice Name — Override the name that appears on invoices
  • Bump Pricing — Same options for the order bump

This is how you can run different promotions from the same offer — one checkout at full price, another at 20% off, another with a bigger discount for Black Friday.

Bump Settings

If your offer includes an order bump, you can configure how it appears on this checkout:

  • Enabled — Show or hide the bump on this checkout
  • Pre-checked — Whether the bump is checked by default
  • Custom Title — Override the bump title for this checkout

Form Fields

Control what information you collect from customers:

  • Collect Billing Address — Request full billing address
  • Collect Phone — Request phone number
  • Show Express Checkout — Enable one-click payment options

Payment Methods

Choose which payment methods to accept on this checkout:

  • DashNex Wallet — Allow customers to pay with their DashNex Credits balance
  • Bank Cards — Accept card payments
  • Apple Pay — Enable Apple Pay for supported devices
  • Google Pay — Enable Google Pay for supported devices

Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are processed through whichever payment processor you have configured (DashNex Pay or Stripe Standard) in your business settings.

Access Path

Control how customers access this checkout:

  • Default (Recommended) — Standard path with custom ID
  • Custom Page — Use a custom path on your WebApp
  • Custom URL — Use a completely custom URL

Warning: If you choose anything other than Default, you are responsible for the entire user experience. The Default path handles customer access automatically after purchase. With custom paths, you must ensure customers still receive access to their purchased products.

Custom Tags

Add additional tags specific to this checkout. This allows you to identify which checkout was used for a purchase, so you can quickly see where your customers are coming from.

You can set separate tags for the main offer and bump, each with purchase, refund, and cancellation tags.

Appearance

Customize how the checkout looks:

  • Featured Graphic — Image displayed at the top of the checkout
  • Bullet Points — Benefits and features shown to customers (inherited from offer items, but customizable)
  • Disclaimer — Optional legal disclaimer text
  • Terms Acceptance — None, simple text link, or scrollable terms box
  • Bump Box Colors — Customize background and border colors

Guarantee Display

The guarantee period comes from the offer settings. On the checkout, you can customize:

  • Custom Text — Override the default guarantee message
  • Refund Method — Explain how refunds are processed
  • Custom Image — Use a custom guarantee badge or seal

Cloning Checkouts

Use the Clone action to duplicate an existing checkout. The clone starts disabled, allowing you to make changes before going live. This is perfect for creating variations of successful checkouts for A/B testing or seasonal promotions.
