Conversion

Convert your DNX credits to your payout currency for withdrawal.

Overview

Conversion allows you to exchange your available DNX credits into your payout currency. The converted funds are added to your available balance and can then be withdrawn to your bank account.

To convert: Go to Money → Balances and click the Convert button.

Steps to Convert

  1. Open the Convert modal — Click Convert on the Balances page
  2. Enter amount — Type the DNX amount you want to convert, or click MAX to convert your entire balance
  3. Review the preview — See the exchange rate and the amount you'll receive
  4. Confirm — Click Convert to execute the conversion

Conversion Rate

The conversion rate is fixed at 1 DNX = $0.01 USD (100 DNX = $1.00 USD). Before confirming, you'll see a preview showing the exact amount you'll receive in your payout currency.

Payout Currency

DNX credits are always converted to your configured payout currency (determined by your bank account settings). If you haven't configured a bank account yet, the default is USD.

If your payout currency is not USD, an additional FX conversion is applied at current market rates. The preview shows the final amount you'll receive after all conversions.

Important Notes

  • Instant and permanent — Conversions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed
  • DNX balance required — You need available DNX credits to convert
  • Added to available balance — Converted funds appear in your available balance immediately

Next Steps

  • Balances — View your funds and initiate conversions
  • Payouts — Withdraw your converted funds to your bank account
  • Transfers — Move funds between your available balance and credit balance
